Who We Are
Owner, Director of Rugby and Head Coach - Simon Leader
Simon has been involved in rugby for almost 30 years; first as a player, and for the last 17 years as a professional rugby coach.
As a player Simon was a fly half or centre playing for local teams St Ives and Huntingdon in between stints playing national league rugby in Wales and France.
It was as a coach though, that Simon's career really took off. As he progressed towards becoming an RFU level 3 coach, he worked with semi professional and professional players. Simon coached as part of the Northampton Saints player pathway, with Cambridge in National 1 and also with the Belgium National Men's Team.
Simon is an excellent and passionate coach who loves the game and has a real eye for detail. Having got so much out of the game himself, he is keen to help players to enjoy the very best rugby can offer.
